Cancellations and penalties:
Cancellation of a made reservation is valid without a
penalty up to 30 days before the check-in date.
A 50% penalty is due for the value of the reserved room for
cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the check-in
date.
A 100% penalty is due for the value of the reserved room
for cancellation 14 days or less before the check-in date
