No pets are allowed in the complex !!!
Additional nights excluding the holiday package are charged at reception prices.
NOTE THAT:
– Festive New Year’s dinner for children / 5 – 12 years old / – 125 BGN
– Festive New Year’s dinner for adult – 250 BGN
– Child from 5 to 12 years old on an extra bed has 50% disscount from the price for an adult on a regular bed in a double room;
– Child from 5 to 12 years old on a regular bed has 25% disscount from the price for an adult on a regular bed in a double room;
– Adult on an extra bed has 25% disscount from the price for an adult on regular bed in the room.
We require 50% advance payment up to 5 days after the confirmation of the reservation as a guarantee. Last day for the payment of the other 50% – 30.11.2023.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of the reservation is valid without penalty up to 30 days before the check-in date.
A 50% penalty is due for the value of the reserved room in case of cancellation in the period from 30 to 20 days
before the check-in date.
A 100% penalty is due for the value of the reserved room in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the check-in date.
